mensaje de nivel de tóner bajo o tóner vacío cuando instala un cartucho. La
impresora no deja imprimir.
Siguiendo las
siguientes instrucciones, puede quitar el contador de copias y utilizar
el cartucho hasta la última gota de toner .
Pulse el botón 'Go' 7 veces. Si la impresora no deja imprimir, haga lo siguiente.
1. Pulse la tecla ▼▲ hasta que la opción "configuración
general" aparece “General Setup)
2. Pulse Ok
3. Pulse la tecla ▼▲ para seleccionar "reemplazar tóner"
( Replace toner)
4. Pulse Ok
5. Pulse la tecla ▼▲ para seleccionar “Continuar” ( Continue)
6 Pulse “Go”

ReplyDeleteOpen the front cover and leave open while completing the following steps.
Turn the printer off.
Hold the ‘go’ button while turning the printer on.
After 3 seconds release the ‘go’ button.
(USER MODE) will appear.
Press the ‘go’ button NINE times.
The Wifi led will flash once.
Press the ‘go’ button 5 times.
Close the cover. Your toner is now reset
Press OK 3 times to print a status page and this will show that the toner has reset back to 100%
